Terms of Service
Last updated June 17, 2026
This page is maintained by Lean Engineering to describe the terms under which you may use BidScrub ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Service
BidScrub helps construction estimators monitor public procurement websites, track addendums, extract bid documents, and review meeting minutes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or with other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Tracked websites and third-party content
BidScrub fetches publicly accessible web pages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that the websites you add comply with their own terms of use and robots policies. Lean Engineering is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or circumvent the security of any site.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. AI features
The Service uses AI models to summarize and extract information from documents you provide. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review extracted data before relying on it for bidding decisions.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide reliable monitoring but do not guarantee that every page change or addendum will be detected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bids, lost profits, or missed deadlines arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to your notification address.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the email address listed on your workspace invoice or onboarding email.
